Hello everyone,

This is a blog dedicated to A-Level Film Studies which I have recently started!! We have been set a task to track a film through the making right up to when it’s released. My chosen film is ‘Space Between Us’ which is based  on a boy who was the first human to be born on Mars, whose mother was discovered pregnant on a voyage but sadly died in childbirth due to Mars’ gravity. He was named Gardener Elliot and his extraordinary life began.16 years later only having ever met 14 people in his upbringing Gardner starts to look for clues about his farther and begins a online friendship with a street smart girl called Tulsa. When Gardner finally gets the opportunity to experience the joys and wonders through his own eyes on his maiden voyage to Earth, that he has ever only read about before problems arise when scientists discover that Gardner's organs can't withstand the atmosphere. However Gardener is keen to experience all the things he has only read about before, so he escapes the team of scientists and joins up with Tulsa on a race to unravel the mysteries of how he came to be, and where he belongs in the universe and his friendship with Tulsa soon turns into love as things proceed. Through out this journey I will be keeping you up to date with news, information, facts and videos of the film right up to when it’s released on February 10th 2017. I hope you enjoy the blog!!
